In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to network interruptions, server errors, or display errors — pasawin reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the player's account. pasawin's decision on the handling of malfunction events is final.

You may close your pasawin account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any pending bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, pasawin may forfeit all balances in the account. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
pasawin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the pasawin platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the pasawin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
